Among other things, the new guide will provide tips to help you answer Scorecard questions, definitions for more consistent use of key terminology, and guidelines on when to cite sources for answers survey responses. The Scorecard User’s Guide will be available on the HERO web site in April.

Don’t forget! When you receive your new Scorecard results, remember to check them against the updated national average scores that are posted quarterly on the HERO website. You can also find your company’s percentile rank by checking the current Distribution of Total Scores chart.
